Terms of Service

Effective date: September 24, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MyViralPad, LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in League City, Texas ("MyViralPad", "we", "us"). They apply to myviralpad.com and the MyViralPad app (the "Service"). By using the Service, including signing in with a social account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You may use the Service only if:

  1. you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract where you live;
  2. you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a prohibited region (section 6);
  3. you are not on, and are not acting for anyone on, a government sanctions list; and
  4. using the Service is legal for you where you are.

You may not use a VPN, proxy, or other tool to hide your location or to get around our checks.

2. Your account and social sign-in

You may sign in with a social account: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (through your Google account), X, Telegram, Snapchat, Discord, Twitch, or LINE. We receive only the profile details that platform shares, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we never receive your password. You are responsible for keeping your social account and devices secure and for everything done through your MyViralPad account. You may remove MyViralPad's access from your social platform's settings at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@myviralpad.com (see our Delete your data page). If you sign in with LINE: if you delete your MyViralPad account or unlink LINE, LY Corporation will be notified and the link between MyViralPad and the LINE app will be terminated.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Google (YouTube), X, Telegram, Snapchat, Discord, Twitch, LINE, or any other sign-in network or platform. Their names and marks belong to their owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules or that we reasonably believe put other people or the Service at risk.

4. Content you submit

You keep ownership of anything you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share it as needed to run and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights to grant this license. If someone reports that your content infringes their rights, we may remove it; you can contact us to dispute a removal.

5. Our property

The Service, including its design, code, names, logos, and designs, belongs to MyViralPad or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or make derivative works from it without our written permission.

6. Prohibited regions

The Service is not offered in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, the occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, and Luhansk), or the United Kingdom. We may block access from these places and close accounts connected to them.

7. Changes and availability

Features may change, be paused, or be withdrawn at any time, and we may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or a notice on the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MYVIRALPAD AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some places do not allow some of these limits, so some may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless MyViralPad and its owners and employees from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Disputes: individual arbitration

Please read this section carefully. Any dispute between you and MyViralPad relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration will take place in Texas or by video, at your choice. You and MyViralPad each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action or other representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@myviralpad.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name and a clear statement that you opt out.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to section 11, the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not arbitrated.

13. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and MyViralPad about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or merger. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
