Delete your data

Last updated: September 30, 2026.

This page explains how anyone can ask MyViralPad, LLC ("MyViralPad", "we") to delete the personal information we hold about them, what we delete, and how long it takes. It goes with our Privacy Policy, section 4. It covers every account you can sign in with: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Google), X, Telegram, Snapchat, Discord, Twitch, and LINE.

1. How to ask

There are two ways, and both delete at once.

In MyViralPad: Me → Settings → Delete account. It deletes your account right away and logs you out on every device. This works whichever account you signed in with. If your MyViralPad wallet still has money in it, we first ask you to move it out or save your wallet key, so you never lose it; we never move it for you.

Through Instagram or Facebook, without signing in to MyViralPad: in Instagram or Facebook, open Settings, then Apps and websites, remove MyViralPad and send the data deletion request (see section 5). The platform sends the request to us and we delete your data at once. We give back a confirmation code; its page shows the result. If no MyViralPad account is linked to that account, the page says we found nothing to delete, and we keep only a scrambled one-way copy of the account number from the request (not the number itself) so we can check it if you contact us.

You can also email hello@myviralpad.com with the subject line Delete my data. Please include:

Send the email from the address linked to your account if you gave us one. If you did not, or you no longer have access to it, we may ask you to confirm you own the account in another reasonable way, such as signing in once with that social account, before we delete anything. This protects your information from being deleted by someone else.

You do not need to give a reason, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

2. What we delete

When you ask, we delete:

If coins on MyViralPad were created by you, or name your account as the one that receives their fees, we remove your username, display name and follower count from our records of those coins. Your picture is never stored on a coin.

3. What we keep, and why

4. How long it takes

Deleting your data at MyViralPad removes only our copy. It does not delete anything on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram, Snapchat, Discord, Twitch, or LINE, and it does not delete the emails you keep in your own mailbox.

5. Removing MyViralPad's access on the platform

You can also stop a platform from sharing anything more with us, at any time, in that platform's own settings. This ends future sharing; it does not by itself delete your MyViralPad account or what we already hold. Only Instagram and Facebook tell us when you remove our access, and we then log you out; on the other platforms you stay logged in until you log out. To have that deleted, use Delete account in the app, email us, or use the platform's own "request deletion" option where it has one (Instagram and Facebook do). Menu names can move around as the apps change; if a step below no longer matches, look for "apps", "connected apps" or "authorized apps" in that platform's settings, or just email us.

We keep your account number, name, username, follower count (where the platform gives one) and a link to your profile picture from these platforms only while you use MyViralPad. We never store your password or access token for any of them, and we never post for you. Requests that a platform sends us on your behalf are handled the same way, in the same time.
